As the core equipment in modern agriculture and engineering operations, the performance and life of tractors depend largely on the quality of daily care. Scientific maintenance can not only improve work efficiency, but also reduce the occurrence of failures and extend the service life of equipment. The following are the key points about daily care of tractors.

Regular cleaning and inspection

Tractors are easily contaminated with dirt, dust and debris during operation. If these substances accumulate for a long time, they may affect the heat dissipation, lubrication and even the normal operation of mechanical parts. It is recommended to simply clean the tractor after operation every day, especially key parts such as radiators, tires and chassis. At the same time, check whether the body has obvious damage or loose parts. Timely treatment can prevent small problems from turning into major failures.

Maintenance of lubrication system

Lubrication is the core link of tractor maintenance. Regularly check the oil level and quality of engine oil, gear oil and hydraulic oil to ensure that the oil is clean and meets the equipment requirements. When changing the engine oil, the oil filter should be replaced at the same time to prevent impurities from entering the engine. In addition, each lubrication point (such as hinge points, bearings, etc.) needs to be regularly filled with grease according to the instructions in the user manual to prevent excessive wear.

Tire and suspension system maintenance

The tire is the only part of the tractor that contacts the ground, and its condition directly affects traction and fuel efficiency. Check the tire pressure regularly to ensure that it meets the manufacturer's recommended value, and observe whether the tread has cracks or excessive wear. The shock absorbers and springs of the suspension system also need to be checked regularly to avoid loosening or failure of components due to long-term vibration.

Electrical and fuel system inspection

The stability of the electrical system is crucial to the start and operation of the tractor. Check whether the battery connection is firm, whether the electrolyte level is normal, and clean the oxides on the terminal. For the fuel system, the fuel filter needs to be replaced regularly to prevent impurities from clogging the injector. At the same time, pay attention to the sealing of the fuel tank to avoid water mixing and causing fuel deterioration.

Seasonal maintenance recommendations

The maintenance requirements for tractors vary in different seasons. In winter, pay attention to the concentration of antifreeze to avoid engine damage caused by low temperature; in summer, the cooling system needs to be checked to prevent overheating. After rainy season operations, the chassis mud and sand should be cleaned in time to prevent rust.

Through scientific daily care, the tractor can not only maintain efficient operation, but also reduce maintenance costs. Regular inspection and timely maintenance are the key to extending the life of equipment and are also important measures to ensure the smooth progress of agricultural production.
